A Lake Hartwell Community

Located near the Northeast Georgia town of Lavonia, Brittany Harbor is a Lake Hartwell community with a combination of both lakeside and off-lake  properties.  It is a private community.  Part time or short term rentals are not allowed as we are a fully privately owned community with a Property Owners Association and Board of Directors.  We have over 3 miles of private paved roads, property owners can enjoy a family bike outing or brisk walk in a natural  setting.  Also, a short walk to the famed Tugaloo State Park.  The Park has  many amenities and a state of the art mega Boat Ramp.

The community has an elected Board of Directors.  The community is well known as Brittany Harbor. It has Restrictive Covenants determined by the Brittany Harbor I and II Property Owners Association and governed by it's By Laws.
 

The 2024 Brittany Harbor I and II Property Owners Association Annual Business Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 10:am.  The location is the Bear Creek Community Center, 610 Bear Creek Road, Lavonia, GA 30553.  The Lavonia Community Center is no longer available.   Attendance, of course, is not mandatory, but highly recommended.  The Board of Directors welcomes input and the opportunity for friendly conversation.

The 2024 Brittany Harbor I and II Property Owners Association Annual Business Meeting was  held at 10:00 a.m. on October 26, 2023 at the Bear Creek Community Center. The meeting was well attended.  The minutes of the Business Meeting will be reviewed during the fourth quarter Board of Directors meeting in December 2024 and distributed to the membership via email.
